Product Description

The three-phase separation disc centrifuge is widely used to extract meat oil from animals, such as fish meal factories, animal fat factories, etc. The output of different models varies, ranging from 10t/d to 600t/d.

The material in contact with the parts of the three-phase separation disc centrifuge is stainless steel that meets food grade requirements. It has the following advantages: fast speed, stable operation, compact structure, small footprint, fully sealed inlet and outlet, low noise, good separation, etc.

Product Principle

The separated material will be input into the heart of the separator, i.e. the drum. By the strong centrifugal force field, the feed passes the separation partition consists of disk string, by taking the neutral holes in disk as the separating surface,

the liquid in higher specific gravity (heavy phase) will move outward the neutral holes along disk wall, and the heavy residue will accumulate at the residue-settling area, and the residue will flow toward the big centripetal pump.

The liquid in lower specific gravity (light phase) will move inward and upward along disk wall, then assemble at the small centripetal pump. The heavy and light phase will be output separately by small and big centripetal pump.

Precaution concerning safe operation of separator

1. If the separator has any abnormal vibration and sound at operation, you shall cut off the power supply immediately and shutdown the machine. After the drum stops completely, dismount, clean and check the parts & components to find out the cause, and can re-assemble and turn on it only after remedying the fault.

2. This separator can’t used to separate material whose causticity larger than our designed one.

3. If there is any problem concerning quality of separator’s main parts & components, you must notify us timely, but shall not replace or repair them by yourself, for fear that it may damage the machine and influence safety production. Please use the spare parts that we provide.

4. After functioning for 2 years or when vibration intensity exceed 4.5mm/s (can not reduce), do NDT to drum parts and axis, do dynamic balcance to drum.Then do crack detection annually.
