Product description:

The principle of using light, heavy, or solid phases with different densities and immiscibility in a mixed liquid (erosion solution) to undergo different centrifugal forces in a centrifugal force field, resulting in different settling velocities, achieves the goal of separating and layering or settling solid particles in the liquid.

The separated mixed oil is smoothly and evenly fed into the drum of the heart part of the machine. Under the strong centrifugal force field generated by high-speed operation, the mixed oil passes through a separation interval of a set of disc bundles, with the neutral hole of the disc as the interface. Heavy phases (such as phospholipids, soap feet, etc.) with a larger proportion move along the disc wall towards the outside of the neutral hole, where heavy residues (such as oil sludge) accumulate in the sediment area and are automatically discharged from the machine during the cycle.

The light phase with a smaller specific gravity (such as grease) moves upwards along the disc wall to the top of the drum, and is pumped from the light phase towards the center to the next process. The heavy phase is discharged by the heavy phase towards the center pump. The working diameter of the heavy phase centripetal pump can be adjusted, and changes in its size can change the interface between the light and heavy phases in the drum, achieving different separation effects.

Application:

DHZ series disc centrifuge for vegetable oil refining are widely used in continuous degumming, neutralizing, dewaxing, and washing of vegetable oils .

Vegetable oil: Colza oil, cottonseed oil, Corn oil, palm oil, soybean oil, Peanut oil, Rice oil, Sesame oil, Safflower oil and son on.

Animal oil: fish oil and other various animal fat clarification.
