Product Description

Oil water solid separation disc type separator centrifuge for fish meal refinery factory is mainly used in refining meat oil from animals such as fishmeal facotry,animal oil factory, the capacity from 10t/d~600t/d.

It has advantages of high speed, smooth operating, compact structure, small footprint, all sealed of the inlet and discharge, low noise, good separation.

The materials of centrifuge which contact with the parts are stainless steel which meets the requirements of food grade.

The design, manufacture and inspection of centrifuge are accordance with the national standards GB10897 and GB10898 strictly.

This type of disc centrifuge is mainly used to remove the water, oil and impurities contained in feeding liquid, so it called 3 phase liquid-liquid- solid separation.

Also applies to separate and clarify similar materials of waste oil in other petrochemical industries, such as black oil, delayed coking oil coking oil, washing oil and recycle oil and so on.

The design, manufacture and inspection of centrifuge are accordance with the national standards GB10897 and GB10898 strictly.

Product Principle

To separate, laminate or sedimentate the solid particles in liquid by getting different sedimentation speeds under centrifugal force field for light/heavy phase or solid phase that are of different densities and not solvable each other in liquid mixture (turbid liquid).

The separated oil grease will be input into the heart of the separator, i.e. drum smoothly and evenly, by the strong centrifugal force field generated by hi-speedrunning, the hybrid oil passes the separation partition consists of disk string, by taking the neutral holes in disk as the separating surface, the heavy phase in higher specific gravity (e.g. lipoid, nigre, etc.) will move outward the neutral holes along disk wall, and the heavy residue (e.g. greasy filth) will accumulate at the residue-settling area and be discharged outside periodically. The light phase in lower specific gravity (e.g. grease) will move upward along the disk wall to drum top, output to the next operation by the light-phase centripetal pump, and the heavy phase will be discharged by the heavy-phase centripetal pump.

Precaution concerning safe operation of separator

1. All parts of the separator drum have gone through dynamic balance after assembling, each part shall be mounted in sequence, and shall not be interchanged and missed. The thread connecting part shall be mounted in position, all assembling marks shall be aligned.

2. Before turning on, you shall check the operation water pump system, and it shall be free from water leakage with solenoid valve closed.
