Automatic pipe cutting machine with servo feeding applying to different metal pipes cutting
-- Brief introduction
The machine can be divided into manual type, pneumatic type and automatic type. It uses a European high-strength machine head, equipped with a high-efficiency worm gear and worm gear drive, so that the aluminum cutting rate is high, no noise and no flash.
The machine adopts multiple sets of gear structure. Heavy-duty cutting, synchronous pulleys convert high and low speed according to different materials. The head spindle is equipped with a hydraulic brake, which controls the saw blade to work in a sharp state to prevent the saw from being damaged and the guillotine. The slide head is used to advance the knife in the machine head to ensure the parallelism of the cutting surface. The hydraulic system is equipped with a Qiyang electric dragon valve, circulating cooling, and part lubrication, which effectively increases the service life of the equipment. Ultra-high-speed sawing, suitable for carbon steel, thick iron tubes, copper rods, copper tubes, profiles and other diverse materials.
