Automatic pipe cutting machine with computer numerical control for steel furniture
-- Brief introduction
Automatic pipe cutting machine is automatic mechanical cutting equipment, feeding mode is generally divided into hydraulic feed, servo motor feed. It can automatically pinch, feed and set work parameter. The main mechanical circuit of the machine works with the PLC programmable logic controller. The machine has automatic feeding, clamping and cutting system, it can cut 10-50 times per minute with precison and fastly and the machining precision is high and the noise is small.
The number of cutting material can be set by the counter, and the machine can stop automatically after the cutting is finished. There is no need for manual operation, a higher mechanical and electrical integration, and even one person can operate multiple units to reduce employees.
The front clip, the rear clip, the speed of the knife and the feeding speed can be adjusted.-- Machine characteristics
1. Vertical slideway for advance and retreat blade up and down. Cutting feed is steady and cutting tools are of long use life.
2. European design of multiple group of gear transmission is suitable to heavy cutting with steady precision.
3. Elaborate design of material feed system. The length of feed material can be set as 6-640mm (matreial feed can be divided into three times).
4. Elaborate design of material feed floating system so as not to damage the surface of work piece and with high precision of material feed.
5. Special main clamping design, the strength is solid.
6. Slideway automatically add oil for lubricating, long use life of machine.
7. Using PLC controller, no connected point, no fault and easy for maintenance.
8.Cooling liquid automatic circulation to secure the smoothness of cutting surface of work piece.
