Automatic pipe cutting machine with full automatic control applying to air conditioner piping
-- Brief introduction
The principle of this machine is that through the mutual cooperation of gas pushing oil type, the electrical system controls the direction of movement of the pneumatic system and pushes the oil line to make a straight-line reciprocating motion. In the reciprocating motion, the signal detected from the dragging plate limit is used as a basis to control and change. Gas oil road movements to achieve the desired path.
The machine can be divided into manual type and pneumatic type. The manual type machine uses a European high-strength machine head, equipped with a high-efficiency worm gear and worm gear drive, so that the aluminum cutting rate is high, no noise and no flash.

1. Vertical slideway for advance and retreat blade up and down. Cutting feed is steady and cutting tools are of long use life.
2. European design of multiple group of gear transmission is suitable to heavy cutting with steady precision.
3. Elaborate design of material feed system. The length of feed material can be set as 6-640mm (matreial feed can be divided into three times).
4. Elaborate design of material feed floating system so as not to damage the surface of work piece and with high precision of material feed.
5. It is equipped with electric saw protection device and electric saw cutting number setting and total number.
6. It can stop automatically when being without materials.
7. Saw pieces are centralized for disposal which is convenient and clean.
8. Digital displayer, easy, fast and exact adjustment of length.
