KH Series,Eco-friendly Borehole Drilling Rig

Our KH series eco-friendly borehole drilling rig comes with a dust collecting device which is not included in the KY and KG series products. The imported hydraulic motor and optimized fan blade shape can provide efficient and stable filtering performance. The prefiltering and fine filtering devices are made from special filtering material, which is both eco-friendly and highly efficient. The purification efficiency could reach 99%.

An excellent automatic control system is designed to discharge the dust and powder automatically. As an advanced and eco-friendly drilling machine, this borehole drilling rig has not only demonstrated our technical capability, but also represented our strong sense of responsibility for environmental protection.

This environmentally friendly drill rig can be used for the deep-hole drilling by connecting drill rod in the construction projects for railway, road, hydroelectric power station, building, as well as some open-pit mines like quarry. The KH series eco-friendly borehole drilling rig can drill blastholes (such as pre-splitting blasting hole) and anchor cable holes in horizontal, vertical and inclined directions. It can drill holes with a diameter of 80-152mm. A wide range of rock hardness (F=6-20) is suitable for being drilled, while the economical hole depth is from 12m to 25m.

The KGH3 low pressure eco-friendly crawler drilling rig is an update version of KY100 series product. Specifically, a dry type dust collecting device and speed reducer are added. The dust collecting device consists of a prefiltering device and a fine filtering device. The eco-friendly and high performance filtering material leads to high purification efficiency (99%).

The KGH3 low pressure eco-friendly crawler drilling rig comes with flexible mobile drill arms which can be adjusted by the oil cylinder to get proper drilling angle and the accurate height of horizontal hole. The expanded operating area has greatly enhanced the drilling machine's adaptability.
