Product Features
A. Using high quality organic silicon rubber imported from abroad.
Possessing the characteristic of perfect electrical insulativity
and tracking resistance, electric corrosion resistance and
ultraviolet resistance.
B. with good hydrophobic capacity, possibility to transplant filth,
and high dielectric strength.
C. Working ambient temperature(-50C--+200C).
D. Using stress control material with special prescription, and
possessing excellent electric field stress control capability.
E. Adopting precast technique, so the installation is very
convenient, without using special tools.

Each product will carry out the routine test in high-voltage lab of
the company.
A. Partial discharge test B. Voltage withstand test
The product is suitable for XLPE cable indoor/outdoor termination.
The termination consists of imported EPDM stress cone, stress cone
bracket, stress cone cap, porcelain bushing, wiping sleeve and
lugs.
The Main Feature:
>> The stress cone is made of imported EPDM. The insulation
oil and stress cone is separated by the stress cone cap. The
surface pressure of stress cone is maintained by a spring
device(stress cone bracket) so that the press of interface is kept
permanently during the course of running. This structure can
overcome the disadvantage or defect from material aging and bad
contact.
>> The Termination bushing adopt multi-seal to prevent
leakage water and oil during running, prolong its service life.
>> The porcelain bushing is made of high-strength porcelain
with big and small rain skirts. It has the advantages of weather
resistant, good anti-tracking, electrical corrosion and drain off
water property.
