132 Kv Emergency Vehicle Mounted Transformer Substation / Prefabricated Substation
It is the first vehiclemounted movable substation in China. It has been sent to Iraq in Dec 2008. The product which has 132KV voltage class and 16000KVA capacity is completely researched & developed, designed and amnufactured by ourselves.
>> Divided into HV part,main transformer,LV switchgear Room.
>> HV Switch adopts ZF10-145(L) as main switch,barely mounted on a
semi-trailer.
>> LV side switchgear,control power,DC panel and control protection
device.
Service condition
1 Ambient condition
a. Altitude ≤ 1000m；
b. Ambient temperature
Range of temperature: -25℃～+40℃；
c. Wind speed (outdoor) ≤ 35m/s；
d. Relative humidity ≤ 90%(+25℃)；
e. Installation spot
The place shall have no fire, explosion, chemical corrosion and exquisite vibration.
2 Move condition of the substation
a. Max. speed ≤ 30km/h,when road surface is flat；
b. Max. speed ≤ 10km/h, when road surface is not flat.
Note: If the above condition can’t satisfy requirements, customer can consult with manufacturer to resolve it.
