GE LM6000 Gas Turbine Plant Filter Cartridge Description:

Highly efficient air filter element, cylindrical type, special mixed filter medium (consisting of natural fibers, synthetic and microfiber glass) in white color, high efficiency, and high capacity of accumulation of contaminants.
Developed specifically for turbomachinery air filtration applications. The media is pleated precisely to provide maximum filtration area. The plies are evenly distributed through hot adhesive strips and synthetic strips, both inside and outside the element as reinforcement to the filter medium, in the form of rings to maintain the distance and favor greater utilization of the filter area and the permeability of the air flow, avoiding its obstruction and consequently, elevation of (pressure differential).
Closed lower lid and open top, stamped in galvanized steel with anticorrosive treatment and white epoxy paint.
Internal and external screens (plastic, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel) with non-volatile and non-flammable seal.
Sealing between filter media, screens and lids by pu resin, non-toxic, fireproof and insoluble, to provide full seal to the filter element.
The structure of screens (plastic, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel) gives the filter a modern construction, lightweight, robust (mechanical resistance) and easy to install, as well as presenting total resistance to humidity and corrosive action.
It has neoprene gasket sealed to the top cover to provide a seal between the element and the frame / bench of the filter house.
