Double Jersey circular knitting machine:

2.5 feeds/inch double knitting machine includes 2 track needle and 4 track needle equipment of cylinder, by changing the needle arrangement, configuration of the cam and needle. Not only can produce cotton organization, rib organization, but also the production of double composite fabric. Because of the high precision and reliable guarantee, super fine needle distance fabric woven smoothly and gorgeous, and increase the lycra device woven elastic fabric.

2.1 feeds/inch double knitting machine is a real sense of multifunctional machine by improving the design of knitting technology. There are 2 dial track and 4 cylinder track of equipments, besides it can weave of double composite fabric, especially suitable for rib fabric woven. No matter 1 + 1 ,2 + 2, and drop needle class change rib make sure the fabric handle and fullness to perfect embodiment of all.

Main Features

Double Jersey circular knitting machine:

1) Cams are made of special alloy steel, processed by precise CNC milling machine, with grinding and heat treatment. Needle track is accurate and smooth, which ensure minimum part wear and long life for needle.

2) Equipped with 2 tracks in dial and 4 tracks in cylinder, by changing cam arrangement, machine can knit various fabrics, like plisse, air layer, spacer, ottoman, Roman, etc.

3) Transmission gears are in oil-soaked to minimize noise and abrasion.

4) Both dial and cylinder are equipped with anti-dust fans to minimize the debris effect in knitting, reduce needle breakage and improve fabric quality.

5) Operation panel is in both Chinese and English. Computer system is simple and reliable.
