Two Stage Homogenizer Working Principle:

The shampoo homogenizer consists of homogenization system, transmission system, lubrication cooling system and frame. in working, through the reciprocating motion of the plunger, the single-valve core and valve seat of the pump opens and closes, and form high pressure liquid flow inside. when passing through the tiny gap between the homogenization valve, the high pressure liquid flow receive the action of composite force of high speed impact, grinding, shear, hole and turbulence flow, etc. and realize the fine emulsification and crushing efficacy

Two Stage Homogenizer Parameters

Components:

Check Valve:

The check valve is conical valve. It’s applicable for the most product material. The valve material can vary according to customers’ requirement for different working condition or CIP cleaning. The ball valve is applicable for product material of high viscosity.

Homogenizing valve:

Homogenizing valve is made of Tungsten-Cobalt- Titanium alloy or erosion-resisting cemented carbide. Applicable for 0-1000bar homogenizing pressure and CIP cleaning.

Sealing:

Packing seal and V-section seal are available for different homogenized material.

Plunger:

Made of erosion-resisting stainless steel hardened smooth surface to achieve long life practice in dairy industry demonstrates that the life is 6000-10000 hours.

Enzymes, dressing, tomato sauce, fruit paste, butter oil, drink, dairy drink, Ice cream, baby food, chocolate, flavors and fragrances, milk powder.
