Product Description of Boiler Membrane Wall

According to the structure type, there are three types: light tube type, membrane type and tubular type.Light tube water wall is composed of a whole row of seamless steel tube, the structure is the most simple;The membrane water-cooled wall is a combination of a sealed heating surface, which can not only improve the air tightness of the furnace, reduce air leakage, but also better protect the furnace wall, so that the weight of the furnace wall is reduced and the structure is simplified;Barbed tube water wall is welded on the water wall of many 20 ~ 25mm long, diameter of 6 ~ 12mm pins, and then coated with chrome sand refractory plastic, in order to reduce the part of the water wall heat absorption, improve the temperature of the combustion area, suitable for fuel ignition is particularly difficult occasions or some liquid slag furnace.Press decorate place, have attached wall type and lie between wall type (namely double-sided heat) water cooling wall two kinds.The former is mostly embedded in the inner wall of the furnace wall and absorbs heat on one side.The latter is mostly installed in the middle of the furnace of a large boiler, separating the whole furnace into two independent parts of each other and heating on both sides.

Boiler water walls are membrane walls that are made of tubes welded together with or without a strip of metal in between. These walls form the enclosure of the coal combustion chamber. Water wall tubes are also referred to as the evaporator section; they contain water mostly in liquid form which gradually evaporates as it rises in the boiler.
