Two Stage Homogenizer Description

This series of homogenizers (high pressure pumps) is a fluid mixture (liquid-liquid phase or liquid-solid phase) homogenization, emulsification equipment.
The machine can be widely used in production, scientific research and technology development in the fields of food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, fine chemical and biotechnology.
For milk, soy milk and other dairy materials, homogenization under high pressure can make the fat globules in the dairy liquid remarkably refine, making it easy to digest and absorb after eating, and improve the edible value.

Two Stage Homogenizer Components:

Check Valve:

The check valve is conical valve. It’s applicable for the most product material. The valve material can vary according to customers’ requirement for different working condition or CIP cleaning. The ball valve is applicable for product material of high viscosity.

Homogenizing valve:

Homogenizing valve is made of Tungsten-Cobalt- Titanium alloy or erosion-resisting cemented carbide. Applicable for 0-1000bar homogenizing pressure and CIP cleaning.

Sealing:

Packing seal and V-section seal are available for different homogenized material.

Plunger:

Made of erosion-resisting stainless steel hardened smooth surface to achieve long life practice in dairy industry demonstrates that the life is 6000-10000 hours.

Manual Operating Homogenizer:

Two- stage homogenizer system with manual pressure adjustment is easy to use. It is your economic choice.

Hydraulic Operating Homogenizer:

The hydraulic control system is developed to adjust the homogenizer pressure, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control system by changing to Proportional valves.

Pneumatic Operating Homogenizer:

The pneumatic control system is developed for the homogenizer, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control.

Large Capacity Homogenizer:

This machine has five plungers with the maximum flow reaching 30000L/H. The hydraulic end adopts the split structure which facilitates assembly and disassembly. The pressure adjustment can adopt manual or hydraulic mode.

Laboratory Homogenizer:

Capacity: 60L/H Max Pressure</=70MPa
