Introduction of Grease Homogenizer

There are four adjustment screws and spacers at the bottom of grease homogenizer. No other fixing is required. If rubber shock pads are placed under the blocks, the noise and stability of work can be further reduced.

Working Principle of Mango Homogenizer Machine

The mango homogenizer machine adopts a V-belt to drive the transmission shaft and drive the plunger to reciprocate through the connecting rod slider, so that the liquid of the pump body is continuously sucked in and out. Therefore, the material generates strong pressure, so that the liquid is being squeezed. Strong impact, pressure loss, expansion and other composite forces are effectively refined and mixed.

Two- stage homogenizer system with manual pressure adjustment is easy to use. It is your economic choice.

2.Hydraulic Operating Homogenizer

The hydraulic control system is developed to adjust the homogenizer pressure, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control system by changing to Proportional valves.

3.Pneumatic Operating Homogenizer

The pneumatic control system is developed for the homogenizer, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control.

4.Large Capacity Homogenizer

This machine has five plungers with the maximum flow reaching 30000L/H. The hydraulic end adopts the split structure which facilitates assembly and disassembly. The pressure adjustment can adopt manual or hydraulic mode.

5.Laboratory Homogenizer

Capacity: 60L/H Max Pressure</=70MPa
