Cream Homogenizer Introduction

Cream Homogenizer is easy to operate and maintain the design; you can use distilled water, pure water and detergent wash cycle (do not hit the pressure switch), or disassemble the pump head manual cleaning.

Types of Homogenizer:

1.Manual Operating Homogenizer

Two- stage homogenizer system with manual pressure adjustment is easy to use. It is your economic choice.

2.Hydraulic Operating Homogenizer

The hydraulic control system is developed to adjust the homogenizer pressure, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control system by changing to Proportional valves.

3.Pneumatic Operating Homogenizer

The pneumatic control system is developed for the homogenizer, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control.

4.Large Capacity Homogenizer

This machine has five plungers with the maximum flow reaching 30000L/H. The hydraulic end adopts the split structure which facilitates assembly and disassembly. The pressure adjustment can adopt manual or hydraulic mode.

5.Laboratory Homogenizer

Capacity: 60L/H Max Pressure</=70MPa

Minimum Sample Volume: 200ml
