Residue discharging fitting of vertical metal leaf filter

When filtering oil products and chemical products, the filter plate of the filter is equipped with automatic vibrating residue dropping fitting. The under-part of the filtering bank is equipped with wide manual and pneumatic residue discharging valve. The compressed air in the actuator of the pneumatic butterfly valve should be filtrated and the actuator should be made oil mist lubrication.

The vibrator is mainly composed of tank and to-and-fro motioning piston. After passing through the atomized lubricator and entering into the air intake of the tank, the compressed air pushes the piston to motion to and fro. The vibration frequency of the vibrator can be adjusted by the pressure regulator mounted at the air inlet port. The vibration frequency is directly proportional to the air inlet pressure and the range of the air pressure of the vibrator is between 0.4 and 0.6MPa. The vibration amplitude is regulated with the fluctuation of the heavy hammer behind the cover of the vibrator tank and the vibration amplitude is directionally proportional to the weight of heavy hummer. In order to make the residue discharged with vibration more thoroughly, the amplitude and frequency of the vibrator must be regulated correspondingly according to the viscosity of the filter residue.
