Exclusive agent policy

The rights and responsibilities to the exclusive agent:

(1) The exclusive agent should take promotion with the "Dualrays" brand, and all of the products should be marked with "Dualrays".

(2) The annual sales amount should be confirmed according to the applicant‘s business proposals and our comprehensive understanding of the market.

(3) The exclusive agent should hand in the market report to us quarterly, the market report should include the sale situation, the problems, the needed support from us, and the market trends, etc.

(4) The exclusive agent has the right to deal with all the inquiries from his area except the inquiries from several old customers, we promise that the prices we offer to the exclusive agent will be not higher than the prices we offered to the old customers. We shall offer the detailed information of the old customers before we sign the contract with exclusive agent.

(5) The exclusive agent should arrange their technical staff to our company to for training every half year, to learn the latest LED lighting technology.

(6) The exclusive agent should arrange their staff to visit at factory at least one time every year.
