Product Description:

Material
The material we use is from Tai steel. According to the different strength request,we can use the Q235,Q345 and GR65.The strength of GR 65 is best and Q235 is lowest.For the street light pole,we generally choose Q235 and Q345.
The good quality of steel material guarantee the good quality of the finished steel pole.

Shape of Pole
Round conical.Shafts are made of steel sheet that folded into required shape and welded longitudinally by automatic arc welding machine

Arms
Double arms are in the shape and dimension as per customer's requirement

Welding
Welding complies with AWS D1.1 standard. No fissure, scar, overlap, layer or other defects will be left on the pole.Internal and external welding makes the pole more beautiful in shape.

Base plate
Base plate is square in shape with slotted holes for anchor bolts and dimension as per customer's requirement

Galvanizing
Hot dip galvanization with thickness of 80-100μm average. Inside and outside surface anti-corrosion treatment by hot dipping acid. Zinc coating is more than 85 um thick, which is in accord with GB/T13912-92 standard.

Price can be FOB, CIF ,EXW, which includes pole shaft, base plate, crossarm and anchor bolt.

Shipping seaport: Shanghai Seaport.

Please provide drawings if you have so that we can calculate the accurate price for you.

We also provide design according to your requests, if you don't have drawings.

2. What will be the delivery time and what will be the mode of payment?
We have large quantities in stock for normal type. Re special color and products sizes it needs 7days.
The payment can be L/C, T/T or Western Union.

3. Could you please send me the sample for the same. So that i could see and analyze its quality?
Yes. We can send samples first, samples need to be charged if the value is higher.
