Electrical Type Pump Control Valve- A76D
Description:
A76D is an electrical type pump control valve.
When pump opens, PLC controller will transmit signal then open the solenoid valve which can help the valve fully open and minimize the headloss,and the needle valves can be adjusted by controlling the opening and closing speed.
When the pump stops, PLC will transmit signal and open the solenoid valve and close the A76D slowly. After the valve close, the limit switch on the valve will send signal to PLC to shut down the pump. This active protection will prevent water hammer when pump stops.
. When power failure, A76D will act like a non-slam check valve. It will close quickly. This will minumize water hammer and water slamming

In 2018 year, our big plan is developing pressure management valves which has been proved to be a very helpful tool and economic way to save the leakage rate with limited investment and get a fast return in couple months and power savings
