2,The system and function of our autoclave

3.1 Door
1The quick opening mechanism is designed by combining the advantages of the fast open door side arm of hot pressed autoclave at home and abroad. The opening, closing, turning and locking of the quick door mechanism is designed as a hydraulic driving form. After the open door mechanism is opened, it is located on one side of the autoclave. The program is designed for the automatic vacuum pumping, automatic heating, automatic heat preservation (set a number of processes and procedures, each program can set up multiple heating insulation section), automatic booster, automatic packing, automatic unloading (set a number of processes and procedures, each program can set a plurality of boost pressure section), automatic control of the whole process of working time. The process time, process temperature and process pressure can be modified on line. The process can be stored in U disk. After setting the process program, there is no need for the operator to get the goods directly after the process time is reached, so as to save manpower and energy.
