Tevi sudate din otel (SSAW, LSAW, LSAW, HFW)

Tevile din otel sudate sunt un element structural comun în industria construcțiilor de zeci de ani. Ele au capacitatea de a rezolva multe probleme complexe de construcții. Utilizate ca elemente structurale, în pereți combinație, carcase sau transport de apã, aplicațiile sunt infinite,în diverse lungimi și dimensiuni. Pentru a raspunde nevoilor din industria de construcții, oferim 2 categorii principale de conducte pentru cerințele clientului.

Teavã de oțel sudata elicoidal(SSAW)

Aceste conducte sunt realizate din rulouri laminate la cald, care sunt sudate într-un mod spirala, folosind un automat de sudare cu arc electric sub strat de flux (SAW).Avantajul acestor conducte este capacitatea de a produce tevi in lungimi mari, datoritã capacitãții continuu materie primã rulare.

• Grosime: 8mm - 25mm
• Diametrul exterior: 400mm - 3000mm
• lungimi de pana la 80m
Tevi sudate longitudinal (LSAW)

Tevi spiralate sunt realizate din rulouri, si existã o limitare a grosimii de perete ce poate si produsa. Tevi sudate longitudinal, cum ar fi LSAW (JCOE) sunt în mãsurã sã realizeze pânã la 50mm. Cu toate acestea ca aceste conducte sunt laminate din placi, cea mai mare lungime posibil este de 18m.

Tevi sudate de înaltã (HFW)
Datoritã capacitații sale de a fi sudate la dimensiuni mici, țevile HFW sunt deosebit de potrivite pentru șarpante, stadioane, poduri și alte aplicații structurale.

ASTM A519 Grade 243 Carbon Steel Seamless Pipes are Low Carbon Steel Pipes with 0.12-0.20 % carbon content with combination of 0.40-0.80 % manganese. These Pipes are also known as mild steel pipes and tubes.

ASTM A519 Grade 243 Pipes are low-cost Pipes easy to form and shape. These pipes are manufactured as per ASTM Specification and commercially referred as cs pipes or ms pipes. Low Carbon Steel Pipes are not as hard as hig carbon steel pipes,Though carburizing can increase its surface hardness.
