
Large Air Exhausting Combination Air Release Valve Single Body Full Flow Area Triple Function
Description:
AFC's air release valve conforms to International standard EN1074-4
and AWWA C515.
Compared with other plant air valve, ours have not only large air
exhausting and large air intake under invacuum,but also one more
function of small air releasing. As we know normally there is 2%
air in water system,our av does not stop small air venting untill
all air in valve is completely released while the top seal arc in
closed status.
Our air valve is 100% full bore(inlet-outlet),simple
components,valve body and bonnet, float,seal arc, guide barrel
etc,most of them can be recycled-evironmental. Single valve
chamber,unlike many connected bodies are easy to break up during
transportation. All internal accessories are of AISI 304SS,
hardness and quality are quaranteed.
There is a seal gasket in the valve above big float and it helps
orifice make better sealing effect. With rubber seal gasket above
float, it can absorb water hammar to avoid crash with seal arc and
valve body and protect air valve from hurting.

Proven and supported by on-going quality and reliability test. AFC
has built it’s own in house reliability test laboratory to ensure
that our products not only meet the international quality and
reliability test specification such as the EN-1074-1/2 T-key and
R-key test, but also comply to various international valves
standards and specifications.
We already achieved WRAS certificate in 2011, and obtained FM
approval in early of 2012,
and UL for gate valve. Today, we have got many international famous
certificate for drinking water such as WRAS, NSF, AS, CE on certain
products, and our product range has expended to double eccentric
butterfly valve, rubber disc check valve ,non-slam check valve,
both clean water & sewage water air valve, hydraulic control
valve and penstock and we always focus on water system valves.
In 2018 year, our big plan is developing pressure management valves which has been proved to be a very helpful tool and economic way to save the leakage rate with limited investment and get a fast return in couple months and power savings
