High speed single jersey pk towel knitting machine
3 feeds/inch 4 track single knitting machine is applicable to all kinds of yarns. It can be used to knit four-section structure fabrics and plaited fabrics, and it can also be used as a special model for knitting yarn-added pad fabrics(three-thread flannelette, also called fleece knitting). New material, new process and high precision can make the machine speed of revolution reach 30rpm. Due to the 4 feeds/inch 4 track single knitting machine adopts small needle head and short-latch-needle knitting needle, the knitted fabrics are denser and heavier, having a better drapability and higher output.

1) Cams are made of special alloy steel, processed by precise CNC milling machine, with grinding and heat treatment. Needle track is accurate and smooth, which ensure minimum part wear and long life for needle.
2) The unique design of CSA (Central Stitch Adjustment) makes
adjustment of fabric density to be easy and accurate.
3) Gears adopt oil-soaking design, processed with special treatment
to prolong it’s life.
4) Machine can be transformed into terry (loop pile) machine or
3-thread fleece machine by changing core parts.
