1.Are you factory?

Yes, we are factory with 10 years of professional experience. We have our own workshop which equipped with all kinds of advanced machines. We warmly welcome you to visit our factory !

2.What is the size of gift box ?

We are a factory ,we can customize the paper box for you in your required size, so the size of the paper box decided by you. But If you no idea of box size, please just let me know what kinds of products you make and the sizes of them, we can suggest size of the paper box for you.

3.Can you do design the box ?

Usually our customers have their own required pattern, we print based on the artworks they provide. If you do not have the existing design , we can give you solutions and suggestion or our professional designer design for you once order of the paper box .



4.What colors can I use in the gift box ?

Pantone colors as well as the common full color (CMYK) process, any color is a paper box available.


5.What information is needed to get the price of paper box and when can I get the quotation?

As we make the paper box on your requirements, we need to know the size, design, printing, Finishing, decoration accessories, quantity and delivery term etc. We usually quote you within 12 hours after we get your inquiry and all information of the ready. If you the quotation is urgent for you, please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we put your quote in priority.

6.What about the lead time for mass production?

Usually, we need15-25 working days for mass production after confirm order .it depends on the quantity and the difficulty of the paper box , for simple box the lead time is short .

7.What is the cost to have a sample in my requirements?

For the white sample, it is cost of USD50 ,but for the printed samples and logo embossing and hot gold foil , there is a charge of USD100-150 ,depending on the design
