temperatures : white and warm white , these options will enable you

For the daylight white (4000K) , as it provides a pleasant natural
ambience , ideally suited to living areas . On the other hand, the
brighter more clinical cool white (6000K) is generally used for
working environments like the kitchen
When use the Led ceiling light , it’s possible to make savings on
the energy consumption of these LED ceiling lights , it will save
you money, especially in comparison with traditional incandescent
and fluorescent bulbs
