Electricity controller hydraulic tube end forming machine for pipe end reducing shaping
-- Description of machine
Taper reducer consists of main parts such as fuel tank, bed, slider, main oil cylinder, mold core rod (optional), limit oil cylinder, pressure cylinder, clamping mold, axial positioning cylinder and axial positioning angle iron. By setting the tubular throttle valve on the main fuel tank circuit, the working speed of the main oil cylinder can be adjusted. The stacking liquid-controlled one-way valve is set on the hydraulic cylinder circuit to ensure that the mold clamping process is not loosened, a bi-directional throttle valve is arranged on the hydraulic cylinder, the limit cylinder and the axial positioning cylinder, and the two-way movement speed of the cylinder can be adjusted.
The shifting cylinder and the limit cylinder are used in conjunction with the conversion station, so that the conversion of the station is convenient and accurate, and the quality of the tube processing is ensured.
