-- Description of machine
The pipe rounding machine is a widely used cold forming machine. According to the principle of three-point circle, the relative position change and rotary motion of the workpiece are used to make the workpiece undergo continuous plastic deformation to obtain a predetermined shape of the workpiece. The product is widely used in sub-boiler, shipbuilding, petroleum, woodworking, metal structures and other machinery manufacturing industries.
In recent years, there are pipe rounding machine in which a
hydraulic motor is used as a power source to control a work roll to
move but a main drive is still a mechanical transmission, and a
hydraulic pipe rounding machine that uses a hydraulic motor as a
rotation power source of a work roll is also used. This series is a
hydraulic pipe rounding machine that uses a cylinder motor as its
power source.
In foreign countries generally divided by the work roll
configuration. In China, hybrid classification is generally carried
