1. Description

One of PPGI's base metal is Hot Galvanized Steel Coil, color coated steel coil is made by first going through surface pretreatment, then the coating of one or more layers of liquid coating by roll coating, and finally baking and cooling. The coatings including polyester, silicon modified polyester, high-durability, corrosion-resistance and formability.
Features: Sunlight consists of 56% infrared rays, 42% visible ray, and 2% ultraviolet. The infrared rays convert into heat upon contact with the roof or ground. The cool roofing paint has pigments which can reflect most of the infrared rays back to the atmosphere. There is little heat conducted into the inner house. It can decrease the cost for airconditioning.
Purpose: Using in the high temperature region, the cool roofing steel has the obvious effect for energy saving.
