1. Intruction

Have been rolled in the continuous cold-rolling mill and sent to the continuous hot-dipped galvanizing line, and washed electrolytically, the strip fisrt to be annealed in a continuous annealing furnace and then dipped in the molten zinc pot for -hot-dip galvanization. The production is finally turned out after passivation or skin-passed, stretcher leveling and approciated means of treatment. The zinc can be formed a membrane on the surface which has good performance in corrdoing enviroment, that's why the steel base is galvanized.It not only protect the zinc layer but also protect the steel base. So its service life would be extended greatly.

We have signed strategic cooperation agreement with Double-Tiger Coatings Limited Company which focuses on coating for more than 100 years, and have set up a public laboratory of coating, which lay a solid foundation to improve HK products’ quality.

Our products have a complete range of specifications and colors, we have a series of colors which are familiars with customers abroad to choose, as well as customized according to customer’s requirement.
