DL series filter bag belongs to pressure filter equipment , liquid flow into the filter bag through the side-way. Filter bag itself is fitted in the reinforce net that the qualified filtrate is achieved after the liquid pass the filter bag which has various precision ranks. The impurity is seized by the filter bag.

Filter (bag filter) has various types from one bag to many bags, filtering area from 0.25~40 square meters. The filter bag is easy to be changed and has little consumption of materials. Filter bag is the main part of the filter which determines the filtering precision. There are PTFE bag (Acid resistance, alkali resistance, solvent resistance, high temperature resistance upto 300℃), Polyester Non-woven bag (The filtration accuracy can reach 0.1um~600um)and Nylon bag(Acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, heat resistance of 150 ℃,with filtration accuracy of 5um~1200um).

Filter bag is the main part of the filter which determines the filtering precision.Filter bag can be made by various materials so that it can be used in different fields and meet different filtering requirements.

Stainless steel filter net:

Adding the stainless steel net in the reinforcing net can resist high temperature and pressure, repeat washed and prolong service life. The materials are from SS304 and SS316.The filter precision is 25-1200μm

The filtration system installed in a small cart, it can be flexible in the filtration system necessary to use different segments
