The press is composed of horizontal servo cylinder, pressurization device, oil hydraulic system, water pressure system, computer control system.

Features:

The press and internal high pressure shaping device can be individually controlled and integrally controlled.

Mould clamping force varies according to hydroforming force in the work, to well protect the mould itself from tube expansion force.

Loading curve is precisely real-time controlled in the closed loop. In ultrahigh pressure condition (400MPa), internal pressure and axial displacement varies through the coordination of hardware and software according to set curve values.
