To satisfy the increasing demand for mobile charging of military electronics, our company has designed a multifunctional mobile charging device (TP100_VR). The device supports wide voltage output (0 ~ 42V) to meet the needs of a large number of military equipment. Combined with the use of the military, we designed a variety ways of power input. The utility model can satisfy the power supply of the equipment in outdoor and field.

Product function characteristics

1.Products is convenient to carry, with built-in high-capacity lithium-ion battery (96000Mah). For example, for 60W laptop, could run 10-15 hours, for 90W laptop, could run 8-10 hours.

2.Output voltage range 0-42V can do stepless adjustment, voltage regulation accuracy is 0.1V. With 5V 12V 0 ~ 10V is adjustable 10V ~ 42v and with four voltage output interface.

3.Supports up to 100W continuous power equipment.

Supports 4 types of input charging. Wide mains input, vehicular DC input, PV input, hand-cranked generator input.

5.Supports TV input charging (100-240VAC). Support wide (12 ~ 25V) DC power supply to charge the product, such as daily laptop adapter, vehicular cigarette lighter, external photovoltaic systems. Equipment are with built-in solar photovoltaic panels and 45W hand-cranked generators, it’s convenient for field emergency charging.

6.Overcharge, over discharge, overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, over rate and overheat protection. Power supply output current is too large or incorrect use will activate the protection function, Use the mains charge can be lifted to protect the state, so that to let the power back to work; overcharge or discharge battery down to voltage 10.3V, it will automatically cut off the power, if to re-open switch, the product detects the battery voltage 10 ~ 10.3V and start voltage automatically , if the voltage is not enough, it will not start 10 ~ 42V boost port, but the other port can be used as normal, until the voltage is too low and shut down automatically.

7.Micro start switch, completely shutdown, no self-power consumption.

8.The working environment temperature is -20 to 70 centigrade.

9.Can be widely applied to a variety of application equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances.Such as:

3V 5V 7V 8V 9V --- confidential mobile phone/night vision device/camera/router/tactical lighter/drugs refrigerated containers, etc.

12V 14V 15V 16V --- light drill cat HUB/portable digital microwave LED lighter/monitor power/unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV).

18V 19V 20V 24V? - laptop/camera DV/projector/portable printer , etc.
