Principle of heat pipe
First, draw out the air of the sealed tube to vacuum.
Then fill some working fluid to the tube.
The working fluid is heated at the bottom.
It evaporates when it absorbs heat.
For the sake of pressure difference, it rises up to the top of
tube.
It condenses when meets the cold tube wall, and it releases the
latent heat at the same time.
The condensed liquid drops down to the hot side for gravity. It
rises again when heated.
So the heat is transferred from one side to another side
continuously.
Characteristics of heat pipe
High thermal conductivity
Heat transfer coefficient of cold side and hot side can be
strengthened by spiral fins.
This overcomes the weakness of the low heat transfer coefficient of
gas.
The speed of heat transfer coefficient of the heat pipe is of
several times of a copper stick of same size. Because of the hot
side and cold size are all in one tube, the temperature drop is
very small, the speed of heat transfer is very high.

Because of the vacuum of the tube, heat is transferred with phase
change, the thermal resistance is very small , Small temperature
drop can achieve great thermal conductivity.
Circulation of working fluid is relied on the position of
condensate liquid and gravity.

Heat flux can be adjusted as required
Heat transfer material and structure to be selected by the
characteristics of hot fluid and cold fluid . Calculate the dew
point of by the component of flue gas .
Design the structure and adjust the heat flux to make the tube wall
temperature higher than dew point temperature.
This effectively solve the problem of dew point corrosion.
The life of the equipment is prolonged.
Working principle
The wet air enter into the heating area from the bottom of the equipment.
After the bottom of hot pipe absorb the heat, and the working medium in the hot pipe will be evaporated, and absorb Evaporated heat from the wet air . after evaporation , the steam will go up to the top of the hot air , meanwhile , it can be pre-condensed ,and release the potential heat to the hot air radiating area . and the condense will back return by the gravity heavy , and continuously receive heat , and repeat delivering the heat from the heating area to the heat radiating area,and heat the fresh for waste heat recovery .
