Raw Material:

Normally we use Q235 or Q345 for lighting steel poles.

Q235 = ASTM A36, SS400

Q345 = S355JR

We get the raw material checked after purchasing the steel sheet. Silicon is less than 2%. We have carbon and sulfur analyzer to check the steel in our lab test room. Unqualified steel sheet will be returned. We control the quality from the first beginning.

Production:

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with the best quality.

Our welding penetration rate is above 95%.

After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.

Moreover, we have galvanization thickness test, load test and a third-party test like SGS, CCIC certificate if our client's request.

Packing & Delivery

Normally we use plastic to pack the poles. Our nearest port is Shanghai Port. We usually use 40HQ container and our port limit for one container is 26 tons.
