Lab Homogenizer:

1. Only few samples are required for testing because of its small volume. Therefore, this machine is especially applicable to testing all kinds of samples in laboratories.

2. Our high pressure laboratory homogenizer has the same working principle in comparison to the high pressure homogenizing pump used by our factory in the course of production and experiment. In this way, the results of mass production can be estimated by adopting the test outcomes.

3. It is a machine that utilizes two plunger pistons for reciprocating movement. All material contact surfaces are made of special acid-proof stainless steel material .Their hygeian design also shows that original cleaning can be conducted by means of detergent circulation and tap water splash washing.

Components:

Check Valve:

The check valve is conical valve. It’s applicable for the most product material. The valve material can vary according to customers’ requirement for different working condition or CIP cleaning. The ball valve is applicable for product material of high viscosity.

Homogenizing valve:

Homogenizing valve is made of Tungsten-Cobalt- Titanium alloy or erosion-resisting cemented carbide. Applicable for 0-1000bar homogenizing pressure and CIP cleaning.

Sealing:

Packing seal and V-section seal are available for different homogenized material.

Plunger:

Made of erosion-resisting stainless steel hardened smooth surface to achieve long life practice in dairy industry demonstrates that the life is 6000-10000 hours.

Types of Homogenizer:

Manual Operating Homogenizer:

Two- stage homogenizer system with manual pressure adjustment is easy to use. It is your economic choice.

Hydraulic Operating Homogenizer:

The hydraulic control system is developed to adjust the homogenizer pressure, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control system by changing to Proportional valves.

Pneumatic Operating Homogenizer:

The pneumatic control system is developed for the homogenizer, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control.

Large Capacity Homogenizer:

This machine has five plungers with the maximum flow reaching 30000L/H. The hydraulic end adopts the split structure which facilitates assembly and disassembly. The pressure adjustment can adopt manual or hydraulic mode.

Laboratory Homogenizer:

Capacity: 60L/H Max Pressure</=70MPa

Minimum Sample Volume: 200 ml
